About Gammies

At Gammies we have over 50 years of knowledge and experience supplying products and services to our customers.

Gammies began in 1968 when Allan Gammie, an agricultural machinery salesman, purchased an ironmongers and saddlers in Laurencekirk.
As Allan Gammie’s business grew, the focus changed from agricultural machinery to groundcare equipment and Gammies was soon acknowledged as the groundcare equipment specialists in and around Aberdeen and Angus. A move from Laurencekirk to our purpose-built premises in Forfar in 2000 enabled further expansion by Gammies Groundcare Ltd, which was purchased by AM Phillip Ltd in 2011.
Today, 25 employees operate out of the Forfar premises- and everyone of us is dedicated to ensuring Gammies continues to strengthen its reputation for providing excellent advice, first class equipment, top quality after-sales support and the highest possible standards of customer service.

All the equipment we supply is fully assembled and on handover to our customer we advise and instruct on the correct use and maintenance. We are always available post sale to help with any queries you may have.
