The STIHL HSA140 R is a cordless hedge trimmer tool designed to take on tough and demanding professional work.

This hedge trimmer is powerful and robust, ideal for professional landscapers and gardeners. Part of the AP System of battery tools, it is powered by a 36 V lithium-ion AP battery, which offers low vibrations and is extremely quiet to use.

Additional features include:

• Low blade speed and a double-sided cutting blade with 38mm wide tooth spacing to efficiently cut thicker twigs and branches.
• The speed of the hedge trimmer can be adjusted between 2,800, 3,000 and 3,200 RPM depending on the hedge.
• IPX4 water resistance; suitable for all weather conditions.
• The rotating handle on the tool lets you tackle hedges from all angles.
• Anti-jamming function: when you release the trigger and then pull again, the blades will move in the opposite direction to help release the jam.

With the recommended AP 200 S battery, you can get 100-150 minutes of working time on a single charge. If you need longer, you can use the AP 300 S or AP 500 S batteries to extend the working time, but be aware that this will increase the overall weight and affect the balance of the hedge trimmer.
